Karsten brings an inspiring wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community service. With over a decade of expertise in personal training, business consulting, and market direction, he has dedicated himself to empowering individuals of all ages to unlock their full potential.

 

His journey on NBC's American Ninja Warrior has been greatly successful. As a 7x National Finalist including a Stage 3 appearance, he’s one of the most decorated athletes. Notably, he clinched victory in the Super Salmon Ladder competition twice and triumphed with TEAM Matt Iseman on the ANW All Stars challenge. Additionally, Karsten joined forces with Alpha Warrior, embarking on an international journey as they brought Ninja obstacles to the Air Force, creating a unique and impactful experience for our service members.

 

Beyond his personal victories, Karsten is on a mission to advance the sport of Ninja. He collaborates with schools, nonprofits, and businesses to bring about positive change. As a co-founder of Tru Momentum, a Dallas-based training community, he has played a pivotal role in growing the sport in North Texas. His success and exposure from the show encourages young athletes to pursue Ninja as a sport, and train to be their best. This led to the creation of Tru Momentum Elite, a team that has become one of the most successful programs in the country and includes state and national champions, finalists, and American Ninja Warrior Jr. competitors.

 

Taking this momentum forward, Karsten is gearing up for an exciting venture in 2024 with plans to open Ninja Project, a revolutionary functional experience center that will empower people of all ages and abilities.
